Ivey's page is still under construction, but here are some thing she would like to share with you!

Ivey is the president of the Hank Locklin fan club and has been friends with Hank for years. For those of you not familiar with Hank, he is of country music's most celebrated vocalists. Please take a minute to visit his site. He just released a new CD entitled "By The Grace of God: The Gospel Album."

For the few who do not already know, Ivey is a terrific cook! A few years ago, everyone at the phone company got together and assembled a cookbook with many of Ivey’s favorite recipes and those of her friends. Copies of the cookbook are available for sale at the phone company for just $5 each, with proceeds benefiting local charities.

	Pecan Pie
	1/2 c. Butter (softened) 1 c. Sugar 1 c. Corn Syrup 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla 3 Eggs 2 c. Pecans (coarsely chopped) 1 Pie Shell Combine butter, sugar, syrup, salt, and vanilla. Beat well. Add eggs and beat gently until blended. Fold in pecans. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cool and serve.
